Residential 2nd floor addition hvac design -- 2

I am doing a second floor addition and my city is requiring me to have an HVAC engineer design/review and provide clarifications to my architects drawings. They require a full set of Manual J, S and D calculations. This will be an attic unit. The addition is 800sq ft and will only provide heating and cooling to the 2nd floor only. My existing unit will continue to be for the first floor and basement only so i will have a split system after the addition is finished. I would like a price to provide this service.
