Looking for skilled professionals capable of designing a residential plumbing and mechanical system. The requirement is for an overview of the entire system, rather than an exhaustive detailed drawing. Key aspects to be included are:
I will provide house Blueprint, you will produce 1 print for water and plumbing blue print, 1 mechanical blue print.
- You must familiar American design standard
- Water supply lines (Hot/Cold)
- Drainage vents and pipes
- Ductwork for A/C & Heater
The ideal candidate will be someone with a robust understanding of residential plumbing & mechanical standards and systems. Prior experience in plumbing & mechanical design, particularly in residential projects, will be highly regarded. High proficiency in plumbing design software is also expected. The goal is to generate comprehensive, neat, and easily-readable design overviews that serve as ideal planning tools for actual installation processes.
