I’m looking for a single MEP professional who can take ownership of a full-scope residential package—223 individual tasks that collectively cover mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design. The project is already defined task-by-task; what I now need is coordinated, code-compliant documentation that ties everything together and is ready for my local permitting process.
You will be working on a private home, so energy efficiency, space optimisation, and seamless integration of the three disciplines are essential. I can supply basic architectural plans, preliminary load data, and a detailed task log. From you I expect:
• Fully coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings (DWG + PDF)
• Supporting calculations and schedules for equipment, circuits, pipe sizing, and ventilation loads
• One consolidated set ready for permit submission plus the editable source files
