Researcher/consulting/advice mechanical engineering

I need someone who has a wide ray of experience with construction equipment(bulldozers, excavators, etc) at cat, volvo, case, Deere etc or engineering experience at an oem automotive company, to mock up a list of all the sub systems, key controls and parts and the kinds of engineers you need to design a vehicle like that from scratch
