Remote Access Heavy Truck Bridge

I'm seeking a skilled engineer to design a vehicular bridge primarily for cars and trucks connecting to a remote location. The bridge is 55’ long by 12 ft wide. The bridge needs to be resilient enough to withstand severe weather conditions. I need a stamped design for the bridge and the abutments for town approval.
