Refrigerated Tub for Gastronomy

Hi,

I am looking for a mechanical engineer/designer experienced in cooling gastronomy products such as vitrine, refrigerated tubs, cooling tables etc...

In this projects, goal is to develop a static refrigerated tub with one special parametr. One side has to be insulated glass.
It goes only about mechanical solution. ( compressor, cooling medium etc will be done by us )
