Redesign of the flap opening mechanism in the powder spreader

The project is about redesigning the mechanism for opening the flap with an electromagnet ( catalog note attached) in such a way that it is possible to adjust the width of the opening gap through which the powder is ejected. The other side of the flap is clamped with a screw currently, but it also needs to be changed (maybe a second electromagnet, but space problem) as the gap should be uniform along its length. The dimensions and position of the roller are fixed. The project is in Inventor 2022.Parts outside the roller are printed on an FDM printer. Any other information on request.
