I'm seeking an expert engineer to design a seed drill that prioritizes precision planting for cereal grains. The seed drill will primarily operate on hilly terrain, so it must be capable of handling this type of landscape. I would like something very simple in design but accurate in the job it performs.

The seed drill will be pulled by a tractor. The seed drill should be manually controlled for precision operations. Ensure the use of heavy-duty steel for durability and longevity on rugged terrain. The seed drill should have a target width of 6-9 meters and appropriate row spacing to ensure optimal coverage and precision planting. 12 inch row spacing with paired double shoot openers to ensure good trash flow while in operations. The seed drill should incorporate a hydraulic control system for reliable and responsive adjustments in challenging conditions. Please design the seed drill using AutoCAD. Please use standard American/canadian hydraulic fittings for the hydraulic control system. Incorporate a mechanical precision metering system for reliable seed distribution control. Include auto shut-off sensors to prevent overlapping and missed planting.
