Plastic Waveguide Sound Enhancer Design

I am in search of a skilled individual who can design an acoustical object for me. The main purpose of this object is to take sound and enhance pressure and resonance through channels or waveguides. The object will be used to attach over a three or four inch speaker. The ideal material for this object is plastic.
