Plasma via OPENFOAM

I'm looking for a competent and knowledgeable individual in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation using OPENFOAM to assist me in replicating simulations that have already been conducted in scientific papers. The papers provide detailed instructions on how to implement the code in with OpenFOAM.
