Pad Mounted Transformer Tank design

Looking for a mechanical engineer or transformer designer that has done a pad-mounted transformer before and has the full 3d or design document of the tank and front-end connection of the LT and HT voltage area. Basically the tank and all the area in front of the tank. The main thing is to understand the welding and cutting process for the fittings to meet all international standards.
This can be for any capacity.

Very low budget for someone that has this design or has a place to get it.
