PVC Reducing Pipes for AC System

I'm seeking a skilled professional to produce a pair of semi-rigid, round section reducing pipes, constructed from PVC. The designed pipes will reduce from a diameter of 60mm to a diameter of 35mm, with an overall total length of 200mm - within the overall length of 200mm, 15 mm must be allowed at each end to affix to the other parts of the system using jubilee clips (or similar) The function of these pipes is to effectively redirect airflow in an automotive air conditioning system, and thus they must be tailored to withstand the demands of such an environment.
