Outdoor Musical Tesla Coil Build

I’m putting together an outdoor entertainment show and need a fully-functional musical Tesla coil that can blast out electronic tracks with crisp, controlled arcs. The vision is a visually striking, sonically accurate coil that can operate safely in an open-air setting, run on standard mains power, and sync to MIDI so I can queue different electronic pieces during the performance.

• Electrical and mechanical design sized for a “big-show” presence (think several feet of plasma)
• Component sourcing and assembly guidance, including primary/secondary coil specs, MMC, interrupter, and robust enclosure suited for outdoor humidity and wind
• MIDI (or equivalent) audio interface so the arcs reproduce electronic melodies clearly without clipping or beat-skipping
• Safety and grounding plan compliant with typical public-event regulations, plus advice on safe performer/audience distances
• Tuning and test procedure so I can replicate your settings and keep the coil in top shape between shows
• Full documentation: schematics, parts list, firmware, and an operator’s manual in clear language
