Optomechanical engineer for a cine lens

I'm looking for an optomechanical engineer to help improve my cine lens's mechanical design. The design is cam-type based so I'd like to have someone who has experience with that. The main purposes are to reduce the friction, improve the smoothness of the focus, reduce backlash, and overcome some iris control issues.
