Optical System Design for Biological Research

I need an expert to design and model a long working distance metallographic microscope optical system for examining cells and tissues. The system will utilize 20x magnification with an 8.8mm working distance and a 0.4 NA. Focusing will be achieved using a 12.5mm Dia. x 50mm Achromatic Doublet Lens.
