Need to Design a Chamber Pasteuriser for Beer (Mechanical Engineer)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a mechanical engineer who can design Chamber Pasteuriser (Pictures Attached below) for Pasteruising beer bottles. Steam will be used to heat up the chamber and there will be an Air blower/Propellor inside the chamber to recirculate the heat inside it.
We need machine design along with the process and parts information to use along with the PLC system.
24 x 330 ml glass bottles will be in a crate which will be stacked upon each other on a pallet. In total there will be 80 Crates, in total - 1920 bottles which will be placed inside the chamber.
We can maximum reach the temperature using steam of 65°C to heat the drink up to 62°C and hold the temperature for 10 mins. Then, we need to cool down the bottles using cold water sprays till the drink temperature reaches 30-35°C.
