Need a CFD expert to compute the yield stress in a water tank filled with water

I'm looking for a quick analysis of a water tank. The shape is a round tank, a cylinder: Bottom is a plate of 3/8 in (9,5mm) Wall is 3/16 in (4,8mm) Height 91 in. (2311mm) Diameter 90 in (2286mm) Steel angle (2x2x1/4 inch) in the middle as a belt. I have an example to show. It is required to compute yield stress which must not be greater than 300 Mpa which is a stress that will show that tank can hold the fluid pressure or not.
