Migrate my Visio design of a watercool block to a format such as Fusion360 to submit to CNC factory

Please see attached Visio file. Two waterblocks, which are mirror of each other, each block consisting of a 0.5" aluminum plate with path edged out for water cooling, and a 0.25" acrylic plate to cover.
I need this in a format that I can use to submit to a CNC factory. I need someone who can copy the design to Fusion360 or similar, and "full-proof" my design, or make recommendations, based on experience. attached a picture of a similar design, to give the idea of what it'll look like.
