Metals Structural Analysis and FEA
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I'm in need of an experienced mechanical engineer with expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to perform structural analysis on frames and plates made of metals.
This is specifically on 3D Models of Material Handling Attachments such as pallet forks and lifting jibs etc. Lifting Attachments must be engineered and approved before proceeding into manufacturing.
Key requirements and tasks:
- Conducting in-depth structural analysis on metal frames and plates to ensure durability and safety in my design.
- Using FEA software to simulate stress distribution, deformation, and other relevant factors.
- Providing detailed reports on the analysis results, including insights and recommendations for potential design improvements.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in mechanical engineering, particularly in structural analysis and materials science.
- Past experience with FEA software and conducting similar analyses on metal components.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify potential weak points in the design.
