Metal Welding Simulation in Ansys

I'm seeking an expert in Ansys for a comprehensive welding simulation project. The model itself is really basic two plates and butt weld between them.
I started working on that model, but have no time to finish it. The project can be divided into few stages.
1. Simulation model walidation with theory based on distortion and stress levels.
2. Examine a few cases how welding speed, delivered energy affects distorion.
3. Prepare theory introduction for that cases.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Ansys: You should be highly proficient in using Ansys for simulation.
- APDL language for simulation, creating custom parameters during welding
- Understanding of Welding: A background in welding theory will be beneficial, as this will influence the accuracy of your simulations.
- The project requires a thorough analysis of temperature distribution, residual stress, and distortion.
- Theory description is welcome
