Mechanical design of a Battery system frame and enclosure based on Mounting points and Battery Module arrangement

Hi,
I need some CAD expert, who could design a Battery structure and encasement around given mounting points and the battery module arrangement.
Also strength needs to be considered.
The frame needs to be able to carry 17 Battery Modules which weight 13 kg each.
The Modules are arranged in 4 layers.
1. 4 Modules
2. 5 Modules
3. 5 Modules
4. 3 Modules

This battery will get into an electric car, so the frame/enclosure needs to also be able to carry dynamic loads.
