Mechanical System Design for Plant Maintenance

I am looking for a mechanical engineer to assist me with a project regarding the system design phase of my project. It's intended to operate in plant maintenance, therefore the design must be robust and efficient to ensure smooth functionality.
This role's essential tasks include:
- Developing a permanent solution for draining/preventing the water buildup inside in an underground region of the facility.
- Documenting all the findings and reporting the progress in a scientific report.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A strong background in Mechanical Engineering, specifically in system design
-Experience in plant maintenance engineering will be a plus
- Proficiency in using 3D modeling and analysis tools and softwares such as Ansys Wrokbench, Matlab Solidworks and others
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
