Mechanical Quantity Surveyor | Engineer Needed [Fire Protection - MEP]
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in need of a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor | Engineer with expertise in Fire Protection - MEP. The project involves highly complex and technical tasks, specifically quantity takeoff and labour cost estimation , for which I require urgent assistance.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Fire Protection - MEP systems
- Proficiency in quantity takeoff and cost estimation
- Experience in project management, particularly within the fire protection industry
This is an urgent project with a deadline of 1-2 weeks.
create a BOQ (materials) from the drawings provided and also labor pricing. I have national estimates, manhour rates and daily production rates to assist you with the labor aspect.
For materials we usually require:
a. Pipe sizes, quantities and type
b. Pipe fittings sizes, quantities and type
c. Fire Pump specs as per drawings
d. Fire Sprinkler sizes, quantities and type
e. Valve sizes, quantities and type
f. All related materials to the Sprinkler System as per drawings provided.
For labor cost estimation we usually require:
a. How many employees would be needed to do this project.
b. How long it would take to do this project.
c. Measured work rates put into line items on the BQ beside the materials excel column
The drawings are 50MB in size so I will have to privately send a dropbox link or over whatsapp for you to review. Kindly message me and we can take it from there.
