Mechanical Engineering Report
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am requiring a dated mechanical engineering report, on letterhead, with the authors name, occupation, and qualifications, that states:
- You have read and understood the information presented in our Claim (this will be supplied).
- It is industry standard in Australia NOT to re-use torque-to-yield bolts in the cylinder head of a vehicle.
- That re-use of TTY bolts can lead to engine failure.
- That re-use of the bolts could result in a lack of compression and cause the "Oil Pressure" warning to display.
- That if the engine fails as a result of TTY bolts being reused, it is possible, or even probable, that damage to the engine may have been done, regardless of whether the failed bolts have since been replaced.
- That this damage could lead to total engine failure.
This report will be placed into an affidavit as an annexure for Court.
