Mechanical Engineering assessment of air intake at shop
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a certified mechanical engineer based in Melbourne to provide a mechanical engineer assessment of the air intake at my shop in Bulleen. The evaluation should focus on the air circulation and ensuring that enough air is being brought in after being removed from our cooking/activities.
This task has been given by the Centre Management of the complex, to ensure that enough air is being brought in after being removed from our cooking, so we're not stealing other shops' air so to speak.
I have a attached a map of our shop, as well as drawings of a proposed rangehood over our gas appliances + the drawing of a canopy over our commercial dishwasher.
However, this will likely need an on-site inspection.
