Mechanical Engineer - Pipe Unloading Trailer Design

We are looking for an engineer to model the load and stress on a trailer design for unloading large PE pipe coils. Concept design is complete with dimensions etc - we are looking for the services of an engineer to make suggestions and improvements to the structure and certify the design.
