I need a mechanical engineer to create a compliance statement for a kitchen hood exemption related to a Turbo Chef oven. This statement will be submitted to the county health department and must include the necessary engineer's stamp.
I have a sample template for the ONE paragraph ME statement, blueprints and Oven specs for review. The County wants to ensure the oven can be used in the square footage of space for the health department. The plans have already been approved with final inspections by the city building department.
This is an additional approval for the hood exemption for county health department only.
