Mechanical Design and Simulation

Need a mechanical design outlined in attached pdf. Mechanism is to reciprocate along a singular axis at a maximum frequency of 30Hz, though lower frequencies, such as: 24 and 15Hz, can be targeted. The mechanism is to move an attachment, through means on linear reciprocation, a total distance of 271.04mm. The total mass the output must move, aside from itself, is 400 grams of material.
