Materials scientist wanted for product development consulting

We are looking for an expert to weigh in on product development of our consumable. Solutions must be scalable, so we prefer a consultant with some product and process development background, rather than purely academic. Can share more details on the project once an NDA is in place but key words are: Dielectric materials, hydrophobic coatings, coating deposition onto injection molded plastic, consumable scale up
