Material selection and solids work

Attached a designed filter with it is drawing files , I need to do the following in order to start manufacture it :
Material selection using any software ( with mention the approximated cost )
Test the structure on solids work or any finite element analysis software to verify it
Safety factor calculations
Explanation file for the complete job
Note: filter will be used in salty water , near from sea , normal temperature , how much weight will filter withstand if object comes above it or in other faced a load ? must be found by solids work ?
