Material Engineer- Preparing a document on "DAMAGE TOLERANCE OF POLYCRYSTALLINE METALS"

I need a material engineer that familiar with the mechanical properties of materials.
This project is to prepare a document of around 30 pages on

"Damage tolerance of polycrystalline metals"

I need it covers all important sub-fileds around this topic and especially:
-Stress intensity factor as a function of plane strain/plane stress condition,
-fatigue crack growth at room temperature in air.
