Manufacturing experience specifically in quality to do pfmea

I am looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Manufacturing Professional to analyze a Quality Assurance Process and make recommendations to improve it where needed, although not necessarily all necessary. I may have specific quality criteria I would like to use or I may need help defining it. The successful bidder should have specific experience related to researching and analyzing manufacturing processes, preferably utilizing PFMEA methodologies. Experience in related fields such as safety, maintenance, mechanical, electrical, operational and process engineering is a plus.
