Making templates for waterjet cutting/plasma cutting on a regular basis

I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can create waterjet cutting and plasma cutting templates on a regular basis. We will provide the STEP files or DWG files, and we need the template in either of these formats with an expected turnaround time of 2-3 days. The material for the templates will be metal. Although we have specific dimensions and designs in mind, we are open to suggestions and are welcome to trying new ideas.
