Make a physical scaled model of a factory

The project is to measure existing machines in a factory and make physical models of the machines as well as the entire factory building. The area of the factory is approx. 20000 sq meters. There are approx. 90 machines. The model is to be made at a 1 : 200 scale. The project should be completed within 20 days. The factory is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India - ideally, we would like someone local who can come and take physical measurements of the equipment as and when required.
