Make me a pair of neural headphones

I'm looking for a biomedical engineer to design me a pair of neural headphones and a product designer and a mechanical engineer to make a pair of neural headphones the headphones would connect through the brain to a smartphone or even a computer it will send a signal I also would like a bit of help to design a Website for the headphones and also advertising??
