I am looking for a skilled engineer or designer who can help me develop a Rubber Processing machine that can handle various materials and operate continuously. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine design and a strong understanding of the mechanics involved.
Key requirements for the project include:
- Designing a machine that can be various rubber processing machines like compression moulding, vaccum compression moulding, extruders, kneaders and more.
- Developing a machine with a high output capacity to meet our production needs and international standards.
- Ensuring the machine can operate continuously to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in machine design, preferably with a focus on high-volume production.
- Strong knowledge of materials and their properties, particularly in relation to machine handling.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and ability to apply them in the design process.
