MEP engineering drawing design review and seal in Arkansas

I am looking for an experienced MEP engineer that can review and seal my engineering drawings for a medium sized, and somewhat complex project in Arkansas. I have specific standards that must be followed and need someone with the expertise and experience to ensure they are met. The drawing design review should focus on the Mechanical aspect of the project, but experience in other areas of MEP engineering would be a plus. The project must be completed to a high standard of quality and is expected to require a reasonable level of expertise and effort. The successful freelancer must have a valid license within Arkansas, and be able to provide verifiable references.
