MEP drawings Multi Residential - REVIT --
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Create design for MEP using O.B.C in REvit 2021 . Industrial project on multi level concrete slab. Plan , Sections and Elevations including fixtures and description. General notes and reports required on our title block Work requirements as follows:
• Total heat/loss and heat gain for living area in BTU/hr
• Divided into self contained units 4 units in total
• Natural gas piping to be sized and plotted
• Duct sizing to accommodate areas
• Linear diffusers at outside windows due to ceiling height restrictions
• Total BTU load for house divided into heaters at 50,000 btu on outside walls only.
• Destratification fans on the ceiling area to dissipate heat
• Exhaust fans for washroom and kitchen
• Gas location TBD for the service Unit specs will be supplied
