Create design for MEP using O.B.C . Industrial project on multi level concrete slab. Plan , Sections and Elevations including fixtures and description. General notes and reports required on our title block Work requirements as follows:
• Total heat/loss and heat gain for office area in BTU/hr
• Divided into 5 ton rooftop units 3 or 4 units in total
• Natural gas piping to be sized and plotted
• Duct sizing to accommodate office areas
• Linear diffusers by outside windows due to ceiling height restrictions
• Total BTU load for warehouse divided into Unit heaters at 250,000 btu on outside walls only.
• Destratification fans on the ceiling to dissipate heat
• Exhaust fans for washroom and kitchen
• Gas location TBD for the servicing
