MEP Engineer for Mixed-Use Developments
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I'm seeking an experienced MEP engineer with a background in the US market. This is an hourly rate position, not per job basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design MEP systems for mixed-use buildings
- Inspect installations to ensure compliance with standards
- Prepare compliance reports
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to prepare Manual J and Florida R405 forms
- Experience with mixed-use developments
