MEP Design Engineer - Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I´m seeking a skilled MEP Design Engineer for a residential project located in Florida, USA. The project involves a one-story attached house.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Creating an isometric design for the plumbing system.
Developing a Mechanical Schedule that identifies the proposed HVAC System.
Designing the Air Handler, Supply Diffuser, Return Air, and performing Energy Calculations.
Preparing a Service Panel Schedule that identifies all dedicated circuits.
Please note:
- that the final deliverables do not require a professional stamp as they will be reviewed and presented to the city by another licensed engineer.
- I can provide the dwg after agreeing.
