Monte Carlo Simulation MCNP or MCNPX Expert for Radiation Shielding

I'm looking for an MCNPX expert to assist with both neutron and gamma shielding for a moderate level of effectiveness. I'm exploring the use of various materials such as lead, concrete, and polyethylene for this project.

Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the necessary calculations and simulations to determine the best combination of materials
- Providing recommendations on the most effective shielding design for the desired level of protection
- Ensuring all aspects of the simulation are accurately and effectively completed

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven expertise with MCNPX and Monte Carlo based simulations
- Strong background in radiation shielding, particularly for both neutron and gamma radiation
- Previous experience in selecting and working with materials such as lead, concrete, and polyethylene for radiation protection
- Ability to deliver results that meet the desired moderate shielding effectiveness
