Lower A-Arm FEA Analysis
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a professional finite element analysis (FEA) engineer to assess my lower A-Arm suspension component in a non-equal double-wishbone system. The main requirements for this project include:
- **Stress Analysis:** I need a thorough stress analysis to determine how the A-Arm will respond to the expected loads.Consider the vehicle taking a right corner where the Vector Force Magnitude is 2.3kN at an angle of 38.5°.
- **Displacement Analysis:** Accurate displacement analysis is essential to understand how the A-Arm will behave under the described loads.
The material composition of the A-Arm is aluminum, so knowledge and experience working with this material in an FEA context is crucial.
The ideal candidate for this project will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, specifically in finite element analysis and suspension systems. Experience in analyzing aluminum components is highly desirable. Furthermore, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner is a plus. Your understanding of the interplay between stress, displacement and material properties is key to successfully completing this project.
