Looking for a mechanical engineer

I am building a replica Pump Jack (I am attaching two videos for reference)for a project. This replica will be constructed out of light material but need to move like a real Pump Jack. I am looking for someone who can provide me with a machine to enable the lightweight replica nod like a real pump jack.
