This project will be to research and provide a list soft pliable water proof fabrics, rubbers, vinyl’s and or Silicon materials, please include the material properties and manufacture.

The material must be impervious to fresh water, Salt Water and glycol-based fluids primarily like ethylene glycol or polypropylene glycol commonly used antifreeze Products. The tempter range of the fluid fluctuate between -20 degrees and 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
The material must be able to preform multiple temperature and Compression forming cycles. The material will be used create a flexible material barrier between simple low detail pattern
and a hard wall leak proof sealed mold box. Similar to the process used in Sand cast mold making where the sand is compressed around the pattern to create a casting mold
or a vacuum forming process Where the pliable material is vacuumed tight around a pattern. The difference here is the concept will use a hard 5 sided mold box top and bottom with a pattern plate
Placed between the top box and bottom box. The side of the mold box common to the pattern will be comprised of the pliable material making a seal chamber
Within the top and bottom mold box’s. When the components are assembled together they will make a complete sealed system. The two mold chambers will then be filled with
Fluid compressing and forming the pliable material around the pattern. The liquid will filled and drained rapidly and equally to the mold chamber. Please not the material can hang lose in the mold box it is not a
Requirement for this project that the pliable be stretched tight to the mold chamber.
I will also need a simple 3D mold concept box model demonstrating the process of cycling the filling and draining of the mold box showing the compression and forming of the material to the pattern
