Last Legs of Prototype - Kids Sunscreen

Job ID: 33835678

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

This prototype is so close to being done I can smell the finish line banner.

I've typed everything out below but the pdf attached has picture references which I'm hoping clears any leftover fog.

Product: It's an animal/character face that attaches (fits snugly) onto the heads of spray sunscreen so when sprayed - it shoots out of the characters mouth.

Mechanical Problems:
A - Shark Cap (prototype) fits onto 3 of 3 sunscreen tops. Has trouble TURNING w/ 3rd sleeker cap.
Adjustment 1: bevel the inner tabs to match the curve of the sleeker sunscreen cap finger divot. Add a little more pressure
B - Shark Cap slumps forward on 3rd sleeker cap - obstructing spray - and eventually falls off with not much movement
Adjustment 2: Pull the jaw back / counter correct (please see pic. ref. below)
Adjustment 3: Angle the legs back with the foot farther away from the mouth rather than straight up and down. As of now they're angled 12 + 6pm. I'd like to give a 35-45 degree angle so the sharks left leg is at 10 + 4 / Right side leg is 2 + 8. The foothold at the bottom will also need to be angled like a tab to clip into the underside of the sunscreen cap.

Other Adjustments/Fixes
Shark face - overall looks too rudimentary. Like to see some cheeks; gum-line; eye socket indentation with brow to look meaner like the Street Shark action figures.

Please take a look at the notes below for more detailed information - if this is something you would be interested in taking on please message me! I want to get this shit onto shelves!
