Laser Scanning roof analysis (Design Plane VS ASBUILT)

Looking to create an engineering report for a laser scanning project acquired with the Faro S70.
We need to visualise and understand the roof sheeting deviation variation from a 30 degree pitch design plane.
This is usually undertaken in Trimble Realworks, however we are open to alternative software and workflow.
The deliverables will with be:-
1. tolerance (Design VS ASCON) heatmap
2. statistical table with deviations in mm VS design
