I need help designing a mechanical part with its calculation for my company. with the following details:
A. Description of How the machine work, a case study of its components, and its operation under load condition (including references).
B. Determination of the required design data like; velocity ratio, size limitation, input power/velocity, temperature,…etc.
C. Determination of the design parameters like diametral pitch, gear size, gear material, bearing diameter, bearing rating, sprocket size, chain size, and rating,…etc.
D. Load calculations including free body diagrams for the selected components
E. The project must include a design of the following selected component:
- Gears (2 Gears)
- Select suitable bearings on the available shafts (2 Bearings)
- Clutch, Brakes, Coupling & Flywheels (1 Element)
- Flexible Mechanical Elements (1 Element)
