Intermediate Security Mechanical Lock

I'm looking for a minimal, secure mechanical lock mechanism to be used on two small cylinders. Both cylinders' sizes are going to be 1 cm in diameter and 3 mm in height each. the locking mechanism should be simple, feasible, but also secure so it does not open with movement, but only with a specific move.
