Mechanical Engineer - Tennessee, USA only

I am looking for an experienced mechanical engineer to assist with process improvement projects. Specifically, I need help with analysis: researching, studying and identifying potential solutions or changes for improvement in already established systems. The timeline for the project is a once off consultation. The successful candidate will have experience with plastic recycling machinery.
